Please read this Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the countryaccents.net Website (the “Website”) operated by Country Accents, Inc., formed in Pampanga, Philippines (“us”, “we”, “our”) as this Terms of Service contains important information regarding limitations of our liability.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
OFFERS AND PRICING
We offer custom-made products on this Website. All products are designed and manufactured by Country Accents Inc. We also do not carry stock on hand that is why each product will be custom-made upon confirmation of order.
We invite you to fill in “Request a Quote” on the Main Navigation bar to list down your price queries and we will revert with an offer as soon as possible.
PAYMENT TERM
We require a standard down payment of 50% of the total value of order. Balance to be paid upon completion of order. Payments to be made via bank transfer to Country Accents Inc account with proof of payment to confirm the order.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
The standard production lead time is 60-75 days after receipt of down payment. The lead time could vary depending on the quantity of order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not offer you the ability to cancel any confirmed order.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any confirmed order.
WARRANTY COVERAGE AND EXCLUSIONS
We provide limited warranty to custom-made products supplied by Country Accents, Inc.
Our products are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials, and construction from date of delivery for one year when used for normal, residential indoor use. Only outdoor items are warrantied for use outdoors.
In the rare event that there is defect in the product, customer to notify Country Accents Inc within 90 days of delivery.
The following are not covered in the Warranty: -
1. Normal wear and tear from the intended use of product.
2. Expansion, contraction on wood products or effects of extreme high/low humidity. Some characteristics of wood that are not considered quality defects include but not limited to variations in grain and color, knots, mineral streaks, darkening of wood which occurs naturally over time.
3. For metal products, warranty does not cover tarnishing resulting from either scratches or abrasions to finish.
4. For glass or mirror products, warranty does not cover small air bubbles, surface waviness and lightly pitted areas which may occur naturally as part of the glass manufacturing process and are not considered quality defects. Do not sit on glass tabletops.
5. For upholstered furniture such as upholstered backs, seats, and pillows, warranty does not cover normal compression of high-density foam and filling materials. The fabrics are warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects, seam slippage, dye transfer to another surface for one year. Any retailer or customer-applied stain protection treatment voids this warranty. Any damage caused by pets are not covered in this warranty.
6. Damage caused by improper installation, use or maintenance, care, and storage.
7. Modification or alteration to the product in any manner which increases its susceptibility to damage.
8. Any case where the product has been misused, intentionally damaged, or damage because of negligence.
REMEDIES
The sole remedy provided under warranty will be to repair or replace product or any part thereof.
Country Accents Inc reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy at its sole discretion.
PROHIBITED USES OF WEBSITE
You agree that you will use this Website in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and these Terms at all times. You agree that you will not perform any of the following prohibited uses:
1. Impersonating or attempting to impersonate Country Accents Inc employees or representatives.
2. Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
3. Sending or attempting to send any advertising or promotional material such as spam, junk mail, chain mail or any similar material
4. Using any means to monitor or copy any of the material on this Website or for any unauthorized purpose
CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to amend this Terms of Service from time to time.
When we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” at the top of Terms of Service and post it on our Website. We encourage you to regularly monitor this page for any concern related to our products, services and use of our Website.
